I came in for a service with Travis, i mentioned an email regarding Toyota looking for used cars and had many incentives. He in turn put me in touch with Kelsey Nash. I can’t stress enough what excellent service we got from Jacob and Aiman. We had no intention of buying a new car last Saturday. Jacob approached us , introduced himself and asked if we would consider purchasing a new 2020 Camry if the deal was right. Long story short , We bought a new Camry. Jacob was so patient and accommodating in every aspect of the sale. He is a great asset to your dealership. When it came to working out the loan and extended warranty, Aiman had the patience of a saint. Thought explained all our options several times until we understood them. I’ve purchased dozens of cars through the years but this is the first time I ever purchased GAP and extended warranties. This is all because of Aiman’s effort to explain the importance of these programs. We walked out feeling like we just made a new friend. Toyota’s are great cars, but your success is your staff. More

I personal brought my son here to purchase a brand new car, we told the finance person I referred him, and I never received even a dime. It has now been almost 2yrs of me constantly asking them about the referral bonus, and to this day I've still not received it. If I hadn't been diligent about asking, making sure I spoke with the correct person(s), I wouldn't mind so much. However, I've been told by several different employees they'd make sure they took care of it. While I love the product and the overall general staff here, what this lack of follow through says to me is, they don't have a problem taking my money, but giving it out is a different ballgame. More

dont buy used from Westly chapel toyota! Even Quality cars and trucks need a good representation and service. Unfortunately Westly chapel Toyota is substandard in this regard. They sell you a warranty that they don't honor.They sell a vehicle that has defective safety equipment. I'm not exaggerating here,nor am I prone to "sour Grapes" what I'M SAYING HERE IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE UNFORTUNATLEY. Their service department is all about " parts replacement till its fixed"...guess who has to pay for those parts? I would say new would be ok from WCT because with the Toyota warranty you can go anywhere and have it serviced...just not here. Used...forget it More
