Worked with Megan in the service department for a recall issue with my 2022 Highlander. My appointment was for 3:00 PM but they were backed up. They did the recall work and a 10000 mile oil change. They provided transportation to a local shopping center which was better for my wife than sitting in the waiting room. Got out around 6:15 PM. Megan was apologetic for the delay. More
I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 3:00pm came here a few minutes before. 2hours 15 minutes later they are still not done. Then service said they pulled it in about an hour ago and it still i came here a few minutes before. 2hours 15 minutes later they are still not done. Then service said they pulled it in about an hour ago and it still isn’t done. We bought the car here and we’ve been loyal to this location. I just think it’s a little bit messed up that even with an appointment it’s taken this long and still isn’t done. Service needs to do better. More

Went to dealership for oil change and transmission oil change . Went to pay for bill only to find out that they were charging me for an air filter. Only problem is that I replaced the air filter 3 days ea change . Went to pay for bill only to find out that they were charging me for an air filter. Only problem is that I replaced the air filter 3 days earlier . A 65$ charge. No one from dealership called me to tell me that a air filter was needed. Terrible customer service . I will call BBB in morning on this terrible service dept. We bought the vehicle there along with tires and all service repairs were done there. I will never go back. How many other people have they ripped off??? More

I ordered a battery online to take advantage of a 25 percent discount promo offer and had it sent to Wesley Chapel Toyota to be installed. I contacted Kyle Ahrens the day I was notified that it was at t percent discount promo offer and had it sent to Wesley Chapel Toyota to be installed. I contacted Kyle Ahrens the day I was notified that it was at the dealer and he arranged to have it installed that same day at a time that suited my convenience. Once again, excellent service from Wesley Chapel Toyota and Kyle specifically. More
