I like my car. However, I was sold an extended warranty that was explained to cover everything with "no fine print". Less than a year later, they want to charge $ However, I was sold an extended warranty that was explained to cover everything with "no fine print". Less than a year later, they want to charge $200. and state it only covers oil changes and a nail in the tire. Boy, was a duped!!!! Never connected to a person who said they would call back. Just a long condescending message. I have since learned that multiple people were swindled by Wesley Chapel Toyota, and my experience wasn't a shock to anyone. Still haven't received a call. David Garcia and Roland Lavigne are slick! Service people could care less! Made me wait 35 extra minutes to eat his lunch. More

No one calls you back. 4 hours for an oil change with an appointment. My battery died twice in a month they say there’s nothing wrong.
