I bought my car into Wesley Chapel Toyota for my usual oil change, mainly because they have some great coupons which help us save a few bucks. When my service advisor Marty and I looked over my car he men oil change, mainly because they have some great coupons which help us save a few bucks. When my service advisor Marty and I looked over my car he mentioned that my tires were getting low and would need to be replaced soon. I agreed with him and said that I plan on doing this in the next week or so. I asked to have my oil changed and explained that I had a coupon with me for $12.95 off an oil change. The coupon didn't list any stipulations and I expected to, pay for just an oil change when my bill was due. I went to the cashier and she presented a bill for $36.99 which included a tire rotation. I explained that I did not ask for that and that I even told my service advisor Marty that I would be purchasing new tires very shortly. I asked for them to page Marty, he came to the counter and I referred back to our converstion in the service bay. He remembered me mentioning the tires, but refused to remove the charges. I paid for and signed the receipt adding "not happy" next to my name. Driving home, I left a message for the service manger to call me but never received a callback. I called twice since then and eventually called the 800 customer service number and received a case # (1103100765). My wife has since received one phone message with a garbled message. I called back the 800 customer service number asking if I could speak to a district manager and was told I had to go thru the local storte manager. Funny how they will call you countieuosly when they want you to answer their satisfaction survey, but once when you really havea complaint. Oh and I purchaed 4 new tires from Pep Boys the following week. Chris 06/08/2011 After numerous calls to the dealership and the 800 customer service line. I finally on 05/27/2011 received a call from the dealership. They promised me that they would look into it and cut me a refund check that monday (06/31/2011). I called yesterday and left a message with Jose Lopez to please contact me. So far I haven't received a callback from my followup I haven't received mt refund. But they did offer me 1 free oil change to keep me as a loyal cutomer. (WOW) More

We have a 95 Toyota Camry with 185K miles, we love the car. A few days ago the A/C condenser got hit with something from the road and our A/C was not cooling. From the moment we got there we were impressed, the facility is beautiful and everyone that works there had a friendly smile and great attitude. Took my truck in on May 24th, got it on Jun 3. I pre-ordered the parts, but the parts dept either ordered the wrong one or received the wrong ones. Parts also quoted a much higher price, even telling me my numbers were wrong, they weren't. I have no problem with the service department, but I will never order anything from the parts department, and I will they everyone I know not to order from the parts dept. and I will update my status on the XRU website and share my experience with everyone there. Service took monies off their bill, the parts dept says they can't do anything, after this incompetent showing I know why they can't do anything right. When your spending over $4K on parts, you would think they would double & triple check the order. If it is that hard maybe you should get smarter folks, or least ones that can read. I have ran a parts dept, there is no way I would tolerate the lack of service and attention to detail that is normal for the parts dept. They even claimed that the number are close, PTR-35110 Tacoma & PTR-35093 FJ, don't look close to me. If something isn't changed, you will have plenty of angry customers. More
I am impressed with the professionalism of this dealer service department. Their estimate and the maintenance was done in a timely way. The friendliness and their concern in keeping me informed of the needed maintenance and their help in the decision was much appreciated. Daniel was extremely professional and all those in the service department were well mannered and treated me with the utmost respect and they were very outgoing. I would certainly visit them again, even though at 123,056 miles on my 1996 Prius this was the first time I have decided to have this service completed. Where else can you purchase a vehicle and have just a little over $100.00 per year service not including regular maintenace as oil changes. I would like to have a new Prius but made the dicision to refrain as the longer I drive my Prius the more economy it provides. In the last 8000 miles this car has given me an average mileage of 46.9. I contribute this lower than average mileage is due to my joy in racing the big hsulers at the red lights. This car seldom loses. I did manage to keep up with my son on Highway I-95 when he was trying to lose me. He had a Pontiac muscle car. I am only 75 years old but sometimes like to think I am a teenager. Thanks Wesley Chapel Toyota for my first experience and the excellent service I recieved. My son was a Service Manager in Michigan for Toyota but he has not worked for Toyota for over fifteen years.
