I was having a problem with my Camry. I went to my local shop and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I went down to the dealer, Wesley Chapel. They got my car in right away, no wait. After about an hour which is very reasonable in my eyes, they came to tell me I had a loose connection. I asked how much was the bill and it was covered under warranty. I didn’t even know my car was still under warranty. If not for Wesley Chapel Toyota I would still be lost. They did AMAZING WORK!!! More
I purchased my 2008 Scion from Wesley Chapel and I must admit. I am very pleased with there service department. I have been taking my Toyota vehicles to Wesley Chapel Toyota for several years. However, this experience was by far the best. My service advisor Yanelly Frias was extemely professional and helpful. She did not try to upsell me with extra service, which I deplore. The service I asked for was completed in a timely manner at a good price. Yanelly informed me that on my next visit I will probably want to replace the air filters as they were getting dirty. There was even a cold bottle of water waiting for me in the car. I do want to single out Yanelly for going above and beyond on one issue. By mistake the inside air filter was left out of the car when it was brought around to me after completion of the service. I did not notice. Yanelly however did and called me on my cell phone immediately to inform me of the mistake. I was only a few miles down the road when the call came in from Yanelly. She was not only exteremly apologetic but stated when I came back she would have a brand new air filter installed. As promised, when I returned a man was waiting for me in the Service drop off area. I never exited the car. He opened the door put in the filter and I was on my way in about two minutes. I was quite impressed and will be returning when any of my Toyota vehicles need service. Nelly is one of the best service advisors there. She's friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Since Toyota of Wesley Chapel opened, I have taken my older model Camry there for maintenance, parts and repairs. It is always a positive experience, and there is little doubt the life of my Camry has been extended thanks to their superior mechanical skills and an overall attitude of professionalism and concern for customer needs. Customer service specialist Yanelly Frias is always quickly available, both professional and friendly, knowledgeable, clear in explanations and excellent with communications with all service staff. She doesn't hesitate to have me talk directly with the mechanic working on my car if desired. The facilities are super clean and comfortable, the entire staff is up-beat, there is no pressure applied to customers, and the advice is sound. The costs are more than fair, and I am offered a gratis car as may be necessary. This dealership staff is always genuine and proactive to accomodate my needs, and I appreciate the fact it involves itself with activities and donations as a permanent part of our Wesley Chapel community .
