This is our second time purchasing a vehicle with John Weicherding, Kagan Sharp and Albert White of Wesley Chapel Toyota. Both times, they went out of their way to help us with the best deal possible that Weicherding, Kagan Sharp and Albert White of Wesley Chapel Toyota. Both times, they went out of their way to help us with the best deal possible that would fit our budget. Just recently, my husband and I discussed upgrading the vehicle we were already in. We were not sure if this was possible. On my routine visit for maintenance of the first vehicle. I spend a few hours with John and Kagan. Told them what I was looking for and the financial options we were considering. Both of them worked diligently, quickly and professionally to meet our request. I was surprised in what they came back with, I wasn’t sure this was possible for the request we were making. “Sometimes, you just have to cease the moment and opportunity that has been presented to you.” (We went from a 2008 matrix to a brand new 2012 Toyota Tacoma. This was my first new vehicle and first truck; nothing like the smell of a new car.) When we were signing the financial documents with Albert White, It was mentioned if we could place the truck under our company name (we are trying to establish credit for our small business.) It sounded as if it was going to be an ordeal and time consuming. So, we left it at that. Within a few days after the deal, Albert calls and states, “let’s get the truck under the company name, he received approval from the finance company to place the Tacoma under the company name without having to submit several documents and jumping through hoops. We were very impressed with Albert that he was thinking about his customers need several days after the deal and took the time to research if this was possible. We are extremely happy and satisfied with three professionals who showed the true meaning of customer service. This kind of service is hard to find in this day and age. We consider Wesley Chapel Toyota and these three professional men are a part of our family and a part of helping our companies’ growth. In addition, thank you all for your hard work to make your customer happy. Wesley Chapel Toyota is blessed to have representatives such has these gentlemen. Keep up the great work! I went to this dealer for replacement of the battery. The mechanic along with customer service representative say they cannot remove the battery connector plugs because of the corrosion and it needs entire w mechanic along with customer service representative say they cannot remove the battery connector plugs because of the corrosion and it needs entire wiring to the battery to be replaced and the cost would be $2110. Sounded ridiculous to me. Took the car to SAMs club. The guy in SAMs club replaced the battery in 10 minutes with out any complaints. He was able to remove the connector plugs and easily replace the battery in 10 mins. More
Service was excellent . I recently got my car serviced at this dealership and it was a pleasant experience. They fixed a part under warranty and provided helpful advise. The Service Dept. was asked to repair some scratches on the lift gate of my 2008 Honda Odyssey. Once the work was completed, both the service advisor and myself did a double take to make sure they brought the lift gate of my 2008 Honda Odyssey. Once the work was completed, both the service advisor and myself did a double take to make sure they brought out the correct van to me. The job was immaculate and unbelievable! I expected some sign of paint repair or a few scratches that would still remain. There were none!!! Unbelievable. I highly recommend this dealership for service and sales!!! Great job guys! More

Based on how they handled my problem, I definitely recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota as a great dealership to do business with. I look forward to buying my 9th and 10th Toyotas from Wesley Chapel Toyota. Bought a Tundra in Feb, 2011, 4 door with an 8 foot bed and a bed liner. The bed liner never fit. Bobby the service rep said that they knew that they didnt fit and I was lucky mine fit better than most. I was not happy with the way the liner fit but they did not fix it. I was told i would be contacted by the Service Mgr - never contacted me. Today, I went in for a scheduled service appointment. I was 15 minutes early but wound up waiting 45 minutes. I left the lot after the truck was serviced and went to another appointment. I discovered that there was a scratch on my front bumper that was not there before. I returned to the dealership, spoke with Gina, she said she would tell the Service Mgr and I would be called. However, since I had left without noticing it she was not willing to assist me. I have talked to Toyota USA and filed a complaint. I expect my truck to be repaired, the scratch was not on the bumper when I brought it in nor did they note it on the vehicle condition service sheet when they did their original inspection before servicing the vehicle. More

I travel a minimum of 120 highway miles per day. Since the miles accumulate quickly, I visit the Toyota service department every 5 to 6 weeks for an oil change. Brian Allen always takes excellent care of my Tundra by making sure I'm up to date on all maintanance items. It's important to me that I minimize the possibility of having a brakdown on the interstate. Brian keeps my Tundra in peak operating performance. I think I was spoiled by Brian when he was just the Service Manager. He was, and still is, kind, knowledgeable and dependable. I had bought a Sienna from Toyota of Tampa Bay but thought their service w Service Manager. He was, and still is, kind, knowledgeable and dependable. I had bought a Sienna from Toyota of Tampa Bay but thought their service was horrible. I then went to Wesley Chapel Toyota and Brian spoiled me. The trust I have in Brian was a major factor in the decision to purchase my new Toyota from WC Toyota. For the most recent visit I had Yanelly Frias as my Service manager. Maybe it was just an off day for her, but I was not thrilled with her attitude which seemed very condoning. It was enough of a turn off that on future visits I will request that she not be my Service Manager again. Would I recommend taking a Toyota to them for service to someone else? Yes, just not with Yanelly. I have dealt with other Service Managers there and Yanelly is the only one that gave me a negative feeling. More
