Did work on my 4Runner that I no longer think was needed. Things that they said would be done were not. On this day, he stated there was a great sale on vehicles and convinced me to look at the new 2014, I was then introduced to Frank Millian who listened to me and all my needs. He then took over and exceeded my expectations and found me a 2014 Toyota and yet again a great salesperson who made me feel like family. I now went over to finance and I was taken by the hand and explained thoroughly all my paperwork by Mr. Andino a caring individual with a heart of gold.. I will always buy my vehicles at Toyota of Wesley Chapel, Thank you all for making the process so easy and less time consuming. More
I have already complained earlier this year about the lack for customer care and quality service. After my complaint I naively believe that my customer service experience would change. On the 29th of October I scheduled an oil change with Wesley Chapel Toyota Confirmation #: X02DO1XRL9. After I pulled into the maintenance area I was coerced by one of the associates who tried to up sell me things I did not need nor did I find necessary. After my refusal I gave him the keys and went inside. Not 10 minutes later an associate came out and said that I did not need an oil change, that my oil change is every 10,000 and argued with me that I have been getting my oil change every 10,000 miles. I knew that he was wrong and made it known. I even showed him the Maint. Req. light being on on my dashboard. He told me no and that he could check it for me but if it’s not under Toyota’s warrantee they would charge me $90.00 just to check it. When I asked him why they would charge me he stated in his condescending tone “This is how we keep the lights on and keep our employees working. “ Therefore, I will not have my oil changed until my car has 40,000 miles. If there is any damage done to my car because of his recommendation I will hold Wesley Chapel Toyota responsible. Wesley Chapel Toyota does not have any care or concern for their customers. Gina is mean. They screwed up what they were supossed to do, and she cops an attitude with me. Your guys lost the paperwork, not me. I mean she gets pissed at me because her guys lost my notes. But I will not deal with that xxxxx again. Also I am going to purchase a new intake for my scion, But not from wesley chapel toyota. That's 475 bucks they aint getting from me. I gave Wesley Chapel Toyota and Lynne Hudson a rating of 5 because of my excellent experience in purchasing a new Toyota Prius on 3-29-13. I have not had great experiences in car shopping and this time was most unusual in that I had an appointment for service on my 2012 Camry Hybrid LE. I went in for service with a car I was not happy with, and left with a new car I am just head over heels with. I had never bonded with the Camry and did not have a good experience when purchasing. I am so grateful to Finance Manager, Edwin Andino, who stopped me to say hello and see if he could help me with anything. His keen eye saw a person who wanted a new Toyota but was very hesitant about it. After talking with Mr. Andino for a bit, he said I have the perfect sale person to assist you. And, boy was he right. He introduced me to Lynne Hudson, who answered and addressed all my concerns. She looked at almost every Prius on the lot to match me with just the right one that would fit my needs. Her experience and knowledge of all the different Toyota models was exceptional. Her knoweldge of the Prius was outstanding. She knew what was in stock, on the lot and available. Her patience with me during the test drive and the many times I wavered back and forth between colors was amazing. It was truly the best and most wonderful experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends. I love this Prius and hope to have it for a while, but when I am ready to change cars, I will look for Lynne Hudson to be my outstanding sale professional once again! More
Had set appointment for service. After 2 1/2 hrs. Of waiting we were told they had just finished inspecting our car and it would be another 2 hrs to finsih the work. Front brake job. My husband and I bought our new Tacoma from John Weicherding and in all my life I've never been treated so well! Service is over and beyond perfect and they under cut all other dealers price without Weicherding and in all my life I've never been treated so well!
