2014 corolla This was my second expierence with WCT. My first was just about three years ago. I was looking for a used car with low payments with great gas mileage This was my second expierence with WCT. My first was just about three years ago. I was looking for a used car with low payments with great gas mileage. They got me in a Toyota yaris with the payments I wanted. Fast forward to this year. I had two recalls on my yaris. I made an appointment and went in. Well when I got there they couldn't find me. But told me no problem we will get you in. I told them I needed to be out by three and man as swamped as they were they did their best. Well while waiting and enjoying the luxury of home in their world class waiting area I was met by Yuri Acosta. And even though I wasn't in the market for a newer car. He sold me on a 2014 toyota corolla S. Man its sweet. It was like talking to a life long friend. No pressure no dirty tricks. I've been to all the dealerships in that area and WCT hands down treats you like family. Its the little things that go along way. Top notch service handlers to financing ( props to Pj for my previous car)to some of the best sales men and women in the industry. I don't plan on buying a new car anytime soon. But I know where I'm going when the time comes. More

Our experience has never been this good with other dealers in the past. We are visiting family and have to say, Wesley Chapel Toyota is Awesome!!! Rick is the best service consultant, he provided us with an excellent service experience. We feel confident on his advice as well as the technicians. Service by Ursula (ser Initially, I came into the dealership on Veteran's Day 2014 for Lexus RX 330 service and to test drive a 2015 Highlander XLE. Service by Ursula (service writer) and Kenny (tech.) was outstanding. After some conversation and subsequent email exchanges with Mike in sales, I noted the dealer adds some extraordinarily high margin accessories (mostly unwanted) to the vehicle. After some back and forth negotiations, we agreed on a Highlander vehicle price and trade-in value for the Lexus. Now, I'm completely satisfied with the entire deal. Highly recommended for service and sales! More

Jack has always be professional and straight forward in all our transactions. I am a mom with 2 active athletic kids. He strives hard to get me into exactly what I need that will suit me and my family. I traded my 2010 Highlander for a new 2015 Highlander. He called me 2 days later to see if I had any questions about my new car. I actually did and he was able to explain it to me over the phone. He has always been a friendly face when I bring my vehicles in for service and never to busy to check on my continued satisfaction with my vehicle even 93k miles later. This is one of the two biggest purchases I will make, he has always been honest with me. I don't look anywhere else for a new vehicle. I know I wont find anyone like Jack Peck anywhere else. Thank you Jack for always being honest, friendly and professional with all 4 of my purchases. More
Horrible Service My wife took our camry to dealerahip for a tire repair.I had 4 Michelin MXV4 Primacy installed on vehicle 7 months ago at another dealership. James to My wife took our camry to dealerahip for a tire repair.I had 4 Michelin MXV4 Primacy installed on vehicle 7 months ago at another dealership. James told my wife they could not repair tire as the hole was to big. They told her they could replace the tire with the dame tire that was on car for $226 and change. I assumed it was the same by the price they charged. Once I returned from out of town I realized Wesley Chapel Toyota sold my wife a Michelin Mxv4 Energy in which does not match nor has the same ratings of what is currently on vehicle. I left messages with James. His voicemail says if you don't here back contact my service manager Jose Lopez. I left a Message with him and another Service manager and never received a phone call back. Jose lopez's voicemail says to contact Patrick Abad. I left a message with Patrick Abad and still never received a callback. I purchased the vehicle from this dealership and had it serviced at this dealership every 5000 miles up until now. I would not recommend this dealership ever again. More
