I have been dealing with Mr. Fernandez for at least 5 years and have found him to be not only knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles sold at this dealership but has a positive and helpful attitude in all of his dealings not only with me but with so many others customers. I have observed Bryan on numereous occasion dealing with customers and alway he has that outstanding posed that sets him apart from most of his peers. As the former Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Navy, I always had to be on my toes in dealings with people at the White House and many other Federal Agencies and I would have loved to have an employee of Bryans stature on my staff. Please convey my appreciation to him for all the excellent service he provided me in the care of my auto. More

Love my new car because of Michael Grega!!! I went into work and found that I liked the look go the new 2015 corolla. I ended up looking for the salesman who sold me my previous 4 cars. Michael I went into work and found that I liked the look go the new 2015 corolla. I ended up looking for the salesman who sold me my previous 4 cars. Michael Grega was in the store and he was great. They worked with me to find the best deal for me. They paid off my old car (purchased from wctoyota) and gave me a great rate and a great warranty. Mike worked with me and made it an extremely pleasurable experience. The only place that I will buy a car in Tampa. This is funny because I live in Orlando and I drove back to have my car serviced and purchase a new one. They even drove my wife's car back to orlando while I drove my new car to get the car I traded. They went above and beyond to make the deal. More
BAD DAY TURNED AWESOME Yuri Acosta was a miracle worker for me in my time of great need. He was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of putting me in a new car e Yuri Acosta was a miracle worker for me in my time of great need. He was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of putting me in a new car even when I only came in for a oil change and was told my 2009 Toyota mini van had a lot of mechanical issues that was going to cost me a lot of money I just didn't have as I am 56 and disabled Yuri went above and beyond to help me he was awesome and very attentive thru out the whole time. As this was the first time since my husband passed away that I even considered buying a new car I can't describe how he made me feel at your Toyota Dealership. I would recommend anyone to go there if they are even thinking about buying a new car. I love my new Scion XB lots of room and it is big enough to fit my granddaughters wheelchair which was a concern at first but not now everything fits. Thanks to Yuri. Sherry L. More

Within a matter of a few hours i was told my car was ready and he explained thoroughly what was wrong with my car and what they did to fix it. Would recommend him to anyone! More
Don't take the free shuttle I bought my car here and was very happy. However when I took it in for service for 10,000 miles I took the shuttle service home. The driver wrote some I bought my car here and was very happy. However when I took it in for service for 10,000 miles I took the shuttle service home. The driver wrote some things down on his log and we got ready to go. He was driving a minivan with a backup camera and the usual mirrors. As he reversed he plowed hard right in to a car several feet behind us. He pulled up a bit, jumped out of the van and kept saying he just hit the rubber bumper. We hit it that car hard! He said it was the owner Brian's car, who was walking out of the service bays right after it happened. The driver rolled down the window to say hello to Brian, but didn't mention to him that he had just hit his car. I was in total shock, it scared me to death. I didn't know what else to do, I let him drive me home but I was very nervous. I called them to explain what happened. I had my neighbor bring me back to pick my car up and no one apologized or mentioned the accident. I would think that a large dealership would have more alert drivers when there are other human beings in the shuttle service vehicles. More

I dealt with Rick Davis in service who always takes care of my needs. Then spoke with Scott LaVancher in sales. He assisted in understanding what my needs were as well as staying within my budget! This is the 5 vehicle we have purchased from Wesley Chapel Toyota. This is the only dealership I will come to for service or sales!!! More
2nd Experience as Good as the 1st!! After purchasing our pre-owned Sequoia from WCT a few years back and having an awesome experience, we were happy to give them another go this time aro After purchasing our pre-owned Sequoia from WCT a few years back and having an awesome experience, we were happy to give them another go this time around. We don't live close, but after receiving horrible service from the two closer Toyota dealerships (both in sales and service), I made an appointment to have our Sienna looked over in the WCT service department. It's worth the drive. We were looking to trade our Sienna in for an impossible to find 12 passenger van (not something that Toyota makes) so we dealt with over a dozen other dealerships across the state in our search over the past few weeks. The Sienna has been awesome but it was time for a change. One dealer offered us a low trade in value because the airbag light JUST came on and they said it would be at a minimum $1500 for them to fix, probably much more, thus the trip up to WCT service to have it evaluated somewhere I trusted. It only ended up being a $300 problem once they looked it over, no where near what I expected. Ursla in the service helped us out. She's awesome, extremely knowledgeable, great personality and definitely goes above and beyond. While I was waiting I met with salesman, Dwayne Nurse. The night before I went through the inventory and knew there wasn't anything exactly like I was looking for (remember it's impossible to find) but I'd visited every other dealership in West coast Florida, why not kick a few tires around here, too. I'm super pregnant, and had a 3 year old with me, so Dwayne grabbed a golf cart and off we went. The vehicle he thought could possible work (a pre owned Ford van, church style) had just sold but we drove around the lot and looked for other options anyway. Already owning a Sequoia, the biggest Toyota, our options were limited, so instead of getting what I had in mind, I had Dwayne show me the Prius selection. What?? From a 12 passenger to a Prius you ask? Well, I figured since the Sienna needed to go, and we couldn't find a van I wanted, why not help out the environment and save a few hundred a month on gas by letting the hubby drive the Prius to and from work until what I want exists in my price range. He found me the cutest little (big) pre owned Prius V for a great price, that made it worth considering, if nothing else. A phone call to the hubby, and off we went to put pencil to paper. Here's where it gets good. The Prius seemed fairly priced, but we were working with some negative equity from our other loan so I was looking for amazing trade value in on the Sienna. Without me having to hassle him and play the usual unpleasant back and forth game, I told Dwayne where I needed to be and not only did he make it happen, but at a 2.5% better interest rate than we currently had available, and for a better price than I asked for. WHAT?!?!?! We did the sign-away-your-first-born paperwork part with PJ Leary. Super funny guy, made the whole process (relatively) painless. He gave us a "thanks for buying another car here" deal on the extended warranty, which we usually skip, but he made it hard to pass up. And he has a giant bowl of Jolly Ranchers on his desk, yum! These guys (and gals) LOVE to sell cars and they do an amazing job of it. No hassle. No pressure. Great prices. GREAT service. When you walk in this place, it's busy for a reason. THEY'RE GOOD! Not just once, but twice now, we've been over the moon with them. When I couldn't figure out the soda machine (no prices) I stopped this young fella Michael (I think), who worked on cars in the service department. I asked him what the deal was and how much they were; 65 cent cans or $1.25 bottles. I only had $1 on me so the kid whipped out a quarter and offered it up! Amazing! I could have just ended up with a can, but NO! Above and beyond. Now, when Toyota makes a 12 passenger van, with a diesel engine and all the trimmings for a crazy low price, we will be there first instead of wasting our time around town with the skeezy dealerships. Thanks again Wesley Chapel Toyota!!! WE LOVE YOU!!! More

Great Dealership and Service Department I was previously a customer of Courtesy Toyota in Brandon but because of bad bad experiences with their service department I decided to try out Wesley I was previously a customer of Courtesy Toyota in Brandon but because of bad bad experiences with their service department I decided to try out Wesley Chapel Toyota. The experience was like night and day. They are kind and friendly and genuinely listen. I worked with Ursla Leota in service and she is knowledgeable, friendly and I believe truly interested in solving my problems and staying in my budget. They gave me a breakdown of the needed repairs, prioritized them in order of importance and gave me a break on the price so as to fit in my budget. We did a lot of work for a reasonable amount of money and I am now on a schedule to come back and do the rest as needed. I felt that she was a trustworthy person and was looking earn my business not just make a sale. While there I ventured out to the sales lot and was assisted by Mike Brockway. I explained to him that my car was in for service and that I may be in the market for a new car due to the possibility of my car needing lots of work.... He was awesome! He took the time to listed to what I needed ( possible truck with crew cab or newer Siena van) and brought me to see the new and used ones available on the lot. He also showed me a few other models that would fit my needs and were in my budget. I could tell he was a genuine person and wanted to sell me car based on my needs and NOT his wallet! I cant tell you how much I appreciated this experience! I truly had knots in my stomach just thinking about having to deal with a car dealer for service or sales. My previous experiences at Courtesy in Brandon really made me a skeptic. Ultimately my husband and I decided to do the repairs on our vehicle and table the car buying for now. I an 100% confident that we will be back to see Mike when we are ready to buy. I also will now make the 25 minute drive out to Wesley Chapel and see Ursla any time I need service (This says alot becuse Courtesy in Brandon is literally 3 minutes from my home!) More
