He made sure I was happy. I have referred several people to Jack over the years and they all have been very happy with him too. I have all my services done at their service center. My Service Advisor is Sandi Nguyen. She is knowledgable and makes sure I understand what needs to be done and why. I follow all her recommendations which has resulted in only needed maintance done to the Rav4. Kathy always follow up with me after a service or during my visit to make sure everything went well. Kathy is always ready to correct any issues. I have not had any issues at this location. The staff here is friendly and truly want to make you happy. Make an appointment with Sandi Nguyen if you need service to your car. Go see Jack Peck if you are looking to buy a car. I am sure you will be as happy as I am with both of them. Kathy will take good care of you if you come across any issues. More

Every time that I have gone in for service I never have any issues. Now that I have moved I still don't see myself going to any other location. It is a treat to savor the coffee and fresh baked cookies while relaxing in the lounge area with two widescreen TVs tuned to different channels to suit your interests. While waiting I am aware that my time is valued. Kathy Leary, the consummate Customer Experience Manager, regularly monitors the progress of service and I am kept informed so that I never feel forgotten. Recommendations for service are always honest and appropriate and I never feel pressured. The total experience is truly exceptional and I hope to enjoy the services of Wesley Chapel Toyota for many happy miles to come More

Every time I need to get my car service I always make my appointment with Rick Davis I've been making my appointment with him since I first took my car to Toyota. He is really nice, super helpful and very professional. Also, he does not try to screw you over and if something does not need to be done to your car right away he will definitely let you know so you can decide to wait or just get the problem fix right then and there. I would recommend everyone to make their appointment with Rick because he is just a great person. More

The process is fast and efficient and the your service man or woman that you are assigned to handles everything for you. Fast and prompt service from a simple oil change to the occasional maintenance needs of your car. I don't expect any major problems from my 2015 Toyota Corolla but it's good to know that this dealer is here and near where I work. They even have a shuttle so I don't have to wait at the dealership. Facility is welcoming with free cookies and drinks. More

Multiple Service Failures I have never written a negative review as I prefer to resolve issues with the company directly. I am not satisfied with the service I have received fr I have never written a negative review as I prefer to resolve issues with the company directly. I am not satisfied with the service I have received from Wesley Chapel Toyota (WCT). Their behavior has been consistent over several visits. I have contacted them on several occasions via email & phone & I have been “blown off”. The most recent attempt to resolve these issues was with Joe a service manager & he stated THAT IF I WERE TO TAKE MY VEHICLE TO ANYWHERE BUT A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP THEY WOULD USE HARMFUL CHEMICALS & DAMAGE MY VEHICLE. I find it hard to believe that all other service locations in FL would intentionally harm a customer’s vehicle & wouldn’t be cited/closed down by gov agencies. He was not willing to resolve anything, apologize for egregious actions, or even reason with me. He said he was ok with losing me as a customer. The reasons I am dissatisfied are: • Mileage. I began to take note of the mileage on my vehicle at the time I bring it in for service &again when it is returned to me. Why is there an increase in several miles on my vehicle when it was supposed to remain at the dealership? I have taken previous vehicles for similar service at other locations, where I am able to see my vehicle throughout the entire service appointment & it is never driven farther from a parking spot to service bay & then back to a parking spot. At this dealership there is always an increase in miles. This leads me to conclude that my vehicle was driven off of the dealership without my knowledge or permission. Joe’s response was that when I hand over my vehicle for service they have the right to drive my vehicle off the lot. • Recommended & Required Maintenance. Every time I take my vehicle to WCT I am presented with a list of “recommended” & “required maintenance” totaling to hundreds of dollars. It is interesting that I have opted out of some of these “recommended maintenance” options, delaying it until the next service appointment when it will be required, on the next service appointments these items never appear again as either “recommended” or “required maintenance”. Miraculously my vehicle has the ability to heal itself or the services were never needed in the first place. • Non-Transparent Pricing. Every organization now has transparent prices, from grocery stores to vacation packages, why doesn’t the service department of their dealership? o Their service/sales technicians always present me to “Price A” for the service options (which they claim is an already discounted price) & when I decline they produce discounts, coupons, etc. to bring the price down o On this most recent service appointment I did opt for an oil change & fuel injection cleaning – I was told the oil change was complementary as well as taxes, etc. I truly hope the $166.24 I paid was not for an oil change & the addition of a fuel injection cleaner, such as Lucas which costs less than $10. o Also, I checked with other service locations in the area & their costs for fuel injection cleaning & Induction service costs approximately $100, I was also told that both are included in the price/service at the other locations. Why did their dealership charge $166.24 & claim that I was offered an “employee discounted” price? “JOE’S” ONLY RESPONSE TO THIS WAS THAT WCT CHARGE SEPARATELY DESPITE EVERY OTHER SERVICE LOCATION INCLUDING BOTH AS ONE SERVICE. o I contacted WTC & spoke with Rachel. I for the prices of these services & I was told it was $89.95. o When I calculate what I should have paid: Complementary oil change $0 + Fuel induction & injector service $89.95(No additional taxes per service rep)= The total should have been $89.95 o WHEN I DID ASK “JOE”, THE SERVICE MANAGER, ABOUT THIS DISCREPANCY HE STATED THAT ONLY THE SERVICE AGENTS HAVE THE CORRECT PRICING & KNOWLEDGE. I ASKED HOW IS A CUSTOMER TO KNOW IF THEY ARE GETTING THE “CORRECT” PRICE WHEN CONTACTING WCT & WHY SOMEONE IS ALLOWED TO GIVE PRICE QUOTES IF THEY DO NOT LIST THE STANDARD LISTED PRICES OF SERVICES FOR CUSTOMERS. No response • Previous Experience. On 7/16/15 I waited for 5+ hours for a service appt. On 7/18/15, my partner’s birthday & I was the one driving. The front passenger seat was moved forward & my partner, who is 6’4” & regularly sits in the front passenger seat of my vehicle, had to move the seat back & that is when bacon was found under the seat. I am a VEGETARIAN & the sole driver of my vehicle. No one eats in my car, especially not meat products. I did contact WCT by email & phone about this & the same service manager “Joe” blew me off. I know this may be amusing to some of you, but consider waiting for 5+ hours in the lobby while you vehicle is being used as picnic area & they left a mess behind for you to clean up. Their company never or has even attempted to resolve this issue. Given the above they are perpetuating the seedy, shady, & price gauging practices of a dealership which is extremely unprofessional.
