Service Dept- customer service-updated Update-while my initial experience with the Service Dept rep was not good, by the time my car was ready for pick up a few days later, the experience w Update-while my initial experience with the Service Dept rep was not good, by the time my car was ready for pick up a few days later, the experience was improved upon by the Service Dept Manager Joe. He was apologetic for the miscommunication from his Service Dept rep and was very involved in resolving the communication issues and facilitating timely repair of my car. Joe's help was greatly appreciated. I have upgraded my review as the customer service provided by Joe hopefully better represents the overall customer service of the Dept than my first point of contact. Initial review-Dropped off my car on Thurs for a repair. Wasn't done on Fri and was told mechanic would be available to continue working on the car on Sun. When the Service Dept was called on Sunday to check the status of the car, was told that they had no time to work on it on Sunday. So why did they tell me they would finish the car on Sunday. More
Mike was fantastic! Over and above! I didn't expect to be buying a new car today! I had just started researching and looking around, planning to take a few months to look around. Mike h I didn't expect to be buying a new car today! I had just started researching and looking around, planning to take a few months to look around. Mike helped made the decision so easy! He spent time getting to know me, my preferences, and definitely helped me find the right new car that fit my lifestyle. He was fantastic in taking as much time as I wanted in the test drive and showing me all the features of the car. My time was very tight that day, and Mike took care of all the preparing all the paperwork while I was in other appointments, and then he went way above and beyond by transferring everything from my Sienna to the new Rav 4 while I was completing the paperwork. I returned a couple days later when I had time, and Mike made sure all apps and settings were set up to my preferences. I have to honestly say, I don't typically write reviews on anything, but Mike's service was so amazing, I had to say "THANK YOU!" HUGS!!! More

Awful Seriously the WORST customer service experience I have EVER dealt with on multiple occasions. I bought my 2013 Toyota RAV4 from them and had my includ Seriously the WORST customer service experience I have EVER dealt with on multiple occasions. I bought my 2013 Toyota RAV4 from them and had my included service done with them the first year and that's where the service stops. Once, I brought my car in for maintenance (read: oil change/tire rotation), I had an appointment, and was told that it would be about 1-2 hours before they even got to my car because they were so busy. I told them about the appointment and they said they had so many walk in without appointments that they were behind. So I have an appointment, but others, who don't, get service first? That's a joke. Then, I brought my car in for some service - 4 trips out there and over $2500 later my car was FINALLY fixed. They "fixed" the problem the first trip out. Except it didn't fix it. Then magically there was something else wrong. Well when I came out the second time, they didn't have the parts ordered, even though they said they would have the parts ordered. Before I came out the third time I called to make sure the parts were ordered and I'm glad I did because no one had ordered parts! We kept getting "Jacob" as our service advisor, however, coincidentally when we would bring our car in, "Jacob" was never there. I am not even sure Jacob exists at this point because I have never even seen him. Why would you schedule me with a service advisor, multiple times when they aren't scheduled to be there? I did speak to Jacob on the phone once and he made promises about discounting our service the next time we were in, however when we came in, and he wasn't there once again, we found out he had made no notes about our agreement and when he was called he stated that he "could not remember what he said". Ursala, the service advisor was the only saving grace. She discounted our service and finally got the issue fixed. I thought we were done with these scamming liars and then a week later I found a charge from them on my credit card which I was never told about and definitely did not authorize. So now once again I am dealing with them and the fact that no one seems to know anything about it. It concerns me greatly that they can just charge my credit card without notifying me or receiving any type of authorization. RUN far far from here and never ever look back. Not worth it!!! More

The inconvenience and extra time involved in trying to use the online scheduling tool only to find out it is not operational, then having to call the service department to speak with an associate in order to schedule a service appointment is disappointing to say the least. Full account of events: My car started shaking while driving and all of the warning lights came on. My husband brought it to Advanced Auto Parts, and their diagnostic reading showed that my car needed a new computer. We brought it to the WC Toyota service department, and the service manager told my husband that the computers do not go bad, and it was probably just the sparks plugs, so they'd replace them for about $100. This was not the vehicle's issue. Next, the service manager said it was probably the top part of the engine, and it'd be about $500 to check it out and repair it. This also was not the vehicle's issue. Now, I'm being told I have to pay $600 to take back my vehicle with the exact same problem I brought it in with. They want to charge me $600 for checking my vehicle and returning it with the exact same problem I brought it in with. More

Kathy Leary stopped and offered any assistance I needed and checked on the status of my car also! To say the least this was not the typical experience I am used to at a dealership. After my visit it makes me wonder why or what took me so long to buy a Toyota! When I got in my car to leave to my surprise I found a cold bottle of water waiting for me, I think I have told everyone I have seen about it and my treatment by Kathy and Rick!! More
