Not all dealerships are alike but I like this place !!! They take the time to do a thorough inspection. Here in Florida the heat takes a toll on your car. I see so many cars broken down and wonder how they manage that. When I moved here 19 months ago from New Jersey. Perfect example never take your car to Jiffy Lube Rt54 and Rt41 in Land O Lakes. I had no time to take to Toyota so I went to the Jiffy Lube. They asked what kind of oil. ( How about the regular oil it's supposed to take) Jiffy Lube says my brake pads are low, I am here right now at Toyota and they said pads are I GREAT SHAPE but fluids are black. My Matrix has over 240k miles on it. I plan on keeping the car as long as I can and will be using Wesley Chapel Toyota for all my now and future needs... More
