Another bad experiance The slowest, most unreliable service department ever! This is not the first time I have been disappointed by their lack of respect for the customer, b The slowest, most unreliable service department ever! This is not the first time I have been disappointed by their lack of respect for the customer, but it may be the last. A simple oil change takes 30 minutes, I know because I watched the tech change my oil. BUT, this was only after my truck sat in their lot for 2 HOURS. Yes, I made and appointment, and yes I asked if they busy that day. So, I dropped off the truck and ran some errands with my wife. After 2 hours she dropped me off, I went inside and my service advisor Dennis (who acted like he could care less about anything) told me the truck was "almost ready". So I went to the back and there was my truck, GOING UP ON THE LIFT AND STARTING THE OIL CHANGE". Yes it had sat for 2 hours and then they finally started when I came to pick it up. Like I said, this wasn't the first time it happened. I've also had instances where Wesley Chapel Toyota LIED about rotating my tires, TWICE! This place only wants your money, so they will make an appointment even if the place is packed. They will also put more expensive repairs ahead of you, so an oil change could take all day. After my truck was finally ready, Dennis did NOT go over the inspection checklist or review the work performed. He just took my credit card and said the truck would be outside. When Toyota contacts me for a post service survey, you can bet we will chat about these issues. My advice, stay away. Stay far away. I don't know how they can be this bad when Wesley Chapel Honda (same owners) is actually quite good. Neither are as good as Wesley Chapel Ford, which quite frankly has the best service department in the area. More

We continued to go to Wesley Chapel because of the impression they made on us. We would drive over from Largo (Pinellas County) to get our oil changes done. On Wednesday 8/15/18 we were at Wesley Chapel for our usual oil change and Steven Fuentes starting talking to us. He discovered that he could get us into a brand new Corolla for a much lower finance rate. I picked out my new car and we went in to financing to meet Dan Clemente. Dan made the financial part of it very easy to understand. I have to say you have two gems with Steven and Dan! They both were very nice and very helpful through out the whole process. We have already given a friend Steven's name because she is interested in buying a Toyota! We will continue to drive to Wesley Chapel for our oil changes!! Thank you Steven and Dan!! More

After purchase I purchased a 2015 certified rav4. Salesperson and financial great to work with. Had the vehicle 4 months driving 4000 miles. Took it to service and I purchased a 2015 certified rav4. When I got home I called to complain ..my salesperson no longer works there so I was transferred SEVERAL times. Finally spoke to carlos, he said he would look into about a discount and call me back..that was 2 weeks ago...guess what...no call. I'm retired on a limited budget....drove 4000 miles and the battery is no good. More
