Took my truck in on May 24th, got it on Jun 3. I pre-ordered the parts, but the parts dept either ordered the wrong one or received the wrong ones. Parts also quoted a much higher price, even telli pre-ordered the parts, but the parts dept either ordered the wrong one or received the wrong ones. Parts also quoted a much higher price, even telling me my numbers were wrong, they weren't. I have no problem with the service department, but I will never order anything from the parts department, and I will they everyone I know not to order from the parts dept. and I will update my status on the XRU website and share my experience with everyone there. Service took monies off their bill, the parts dept says they can't do anything, after this incompetent showing I know why they can't do anything right. When your spending over $4K on parts, you would think they would double & triple check the order. If it is that hard maybe you should get smarter folks, or least ones that can read. I have ran a parts dept, there is no way I would tolerate the lack of service and attention to detail that is normal for the parts dept. They even claimed that the number are close, PTR-35110 Tacoma & PTR-35093 FJ, don't look close to me. If something isn't changed, you will have plenty of angry customers. More

I went in to the dealership looking at a different model, the Venza, and while walking through the parking lot the Highlander caught my eye. The sales man, John, ask if I would like to take it for a test drive. He was thorough yet quick in showing me some features I wasn't aware of, like extra seating and storage. When it came time for the financial part/paper work Albert White moved me through that process just as efficiently. Together they made purchasing a car at Wesley Chapel Toyota a great experience. I flew in from south carolina to visit my parents and help them buy a car. What a great job they did for us. This dealership also sells Toyota OEM parts online. I purchased an A/C compressor from them online which was represented as factory new. They sent me an inferior remanufactured unit. I promptly called to purchased an A/C compressor from them online which was represented as factory new. They sent me an inferior remanufactured unit. I promptly called to return it. They were very difficult to deal with and refused to own up to their mistake. They asked that I pay for return shipping and want to charge me a hefty restocking fee. Avoid this dishonest dealer like the plague. More

Yesterday's My visit to your dealership was very bad I had to talked to man Named Andy Fisher The man said to be the manger has no calss,very rude, he insulted me and my family I will never come to your delarship or I will never send any body I know to your delership. I am impressed with the professionalism of this dealer service department. Their estimate and the maintenance was done in a timely way. The friendliness and their concern in keeping me informed of the needed maintenance and their help in the decision was much appreciated. Daniel was extremely professional and all those in the service department were well mannered and treated me with the utmost respect and they were very outgoing. I would certainly visit them again, even though at 123,056 miles on my 1996 Prius this was the first time I have decided to have this service completed. Where else can you purchase a vehicle and have just a little over $100.00 per year service not including regular maintenace as oil changes. I would like to have a new Prius but made the dicision to refrain as the longer I drive my Prius the more economy it provides. In the last 8000 miles this car has given me an average mileage of 46.9. I contribute this lower than average mileage is due to my joy in racing the big hsulers at the red lights. This car seldom loses. I did manage to keep up with my son on Highway I-95 when he was trying to lose me. He had a Pontiac muscle car. I am only 75 years old but sometimes like to think I am a teenager. Thanks Wesley Chapel Toyota for my first experience and the excellent service I recieved. My son was a Service Manager in Michigan for Toyota but he has not worked for Toyota for over fifteen years.
