Salesman very professional and friendly, going out of his way to make me comfortable. The tour was impressive, especially the mechanic's area which was immaculate from the uniforms on the employees to the cl way to make me comfortable. The business manager gave prompt attention to my financing needs and was extremely pleasant and personable. My final stop at your dealership was with the detailer who presented me with a beautiful car, complete with tinted windows. So, from the moment I entered the door until I left, it, by far, was the best car-buying experience in my entire 76 years. More

Ray Dellaero is highly personable, knowledgeable regarding technical aspects of vehicles, excellent listener and always followed-up on everything, matching me to my specific vehicle needs. Ray took his time to answer my many questions and suggested a test drive to assure the vehicle was going to meet my needs. Ray assisted me from the moment I walked on the lot, introducing himself and making me feel welcome. He provided not only a full tour of the entire dealership (including the service center, awards showcase, community support and customer services) and test drives of the Toyota; but also the neck-in-neck competitors. I was able to make the best choice for me with his assistance in physically comparing the Honda CRV to the RAV4 in a side-by-side comparison. Much better than if I would have had to go on my own - for me anyway. It is clear that Ray maintains a collegial relationship with the prime competitor - which shows honesty and integrity. It would have otherwise taking me multiple trips and time to compare the two vehicles and would not have been directly comparing. Ray is not only an effective sales person, he is an efficient one. Ray cared about me as a person and respected my communication wishes. Ray was never pushy and did his best to assure that if Toyota had a vehicle to match my needs, which Wesley Chapel Toyota did, that it would be available to me. Ray not only explained the differences and many details of different models before the sale, but afterward. Ray was able to readily sync up my I-phone for me to the Blue Tooth feature after the sale -- which probably would have taken me a lot more time. He assured that I knew all the vehicle features and demonstrated them to me and allowing me the opportunity to experience first-hand. Ray assured that my vehicle was appropriately prepped and detailed before heading out the door and gave me time to make my decisions. Ray introduced me to his colleagues and sales associates and was ALWAYS friendly, enthusiastic and greeted me with a smile. I witness Ray treat all others the same, from different socioeconomic classes. Both Tyler and Jose were helpful too in clarifying a few questions and Kagan certainly made negotiation the crucial conversation it should be with a genuinely kind nature. Albert did an excellent job of explaining the various opportunities for extended warranties and responded to my plethora of inquiries in multiple ways. Both Albert and Ray interjected appropriate senses of humor in the process too. I also appreciated Albert's automotive knowledge, from his prior sales work and personal interests, and fiscal expertise in which he ran numbers for me a few different ways. Albert was also very understanding and patient for a late night transaction time frame. I have a strong sense that the staff of Wesley Chapel Toyota works well as a team and are kind to each other too - a welcome difference from other dealers - believe me! Steve Connetti also always had a smile on his face, shook my end on each of my visits and I felt like he was the "Uncle" that could step in to assist if Ray was not available. I cannot thank all of you enough for making my car buying experience a pleasantly memorable one. Ray exudes enthusiasm and knowledge and that alone brought me back -- but his follow-up even on his day off and his patiently reaching out to me assured me that this was likely the place I would want to buy a vehicle. I now look forward to my future service visits and so glad that your dealership is in my neighborhood. My sister has always been satisfied with her Camry and when upgrading in the future, will now consider Wesley Chapel Toyota and certainly my USF colleagues will "hear" about you all.
