We have been researching the Toyota's for the past month and have contacted at least 40 dealerships extending into Georgia, via the internet and also in person. It was very draining until i reached out to W and have contacted at least 40 dealerships extending into Georgia, via the internet and also in person. It was very draining until i reached out to Wesley Chapel Toyota and had a conversation with John Weicherding. It was the best start of purchasing a Toyota that i have ever experianced, this comment was also the way my wife Judy felt after we purchased a car from John. It went like this, first a conversation and yes why not give it a shot and see if he can do what he says he can do, we went in and test rode a SE Camry, Judy fell in love with this car, however we did not make a contract that night in fact we decided not to buy that car. I called John and advised him of our dicission and he was very pleasent to speak with even after saying we do not want the car. The following day I forget the reason,but John called us approx 7 or 8P.M. the following day, we spoke for a period of time and then he mentioned a car was just traded and we might be interested in it, because he remembered to the (((T))) what it was we were interested in. Now that's a real good salesperson to be able to do that without being prompted. I asked for an appt and he agreeded to the time for the next day at Noon. The next day came and before we left for the dealership a phone call was made by John to assure that we could keep this appt. Nice touch. When we arrived, not being on the property for no more then 3 min, who was there to say hello and welcome, you got it(((John))) i do beleive this person loves what he does and it shows, he also has the interest of this dealership in mind when he conducts himself in this manner. After a test ride, we at once knew this was the car for us, we went inside and John was more then fair and very pleasent to deal with. In fact the complete dealership was very good to deal with, my wife Judy was so pleased when we left, she could not beleive how smooth everything went for her and me. In ending just allow me to say Thank you to this dealership for haveing such a find salesperson as John Weicherding avaiable to customers, many people could learn from him how to conduct business with the people that enter your organization in an effort to find the automobile they would like to purchase.. This is the best Toyota dealership in Florida, having the unfortunate experience of several others within a 50 mile radius. The salesmen are not pushy. I had the pleasure of working with a few associates, especially John Weicherding. He is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He had me in and out without any errors in paperwork. The entire facility exudes a feeling of class and professionalism. I would not recommend any other Toyota dealership within the Tampa Orlando areas.. The GM of this facility also gets involved with his customers which is also a plus. More

He was on time and on target with the car i wanted. I had spoke to Mr. McPherson prior to coming to the dealership and he knew exactly what i was looking for. The choices he made were also within my budget. Overall, it was a painless visit and i was able to leave the lot with a brand new car. i would recommend this dealership and Mr. McPherson for a painless yet enjoyable time purchasing a car. More

I travel a minimum of 120 highway miles per day. Since the miles accumulate quickly, I visit the Toyota service department every 5 to 6 weeks for an oil change. Brian Allen always takes excellent care of my Tundra by making sure I'm up to date on all maintanance items. It's important to me that I minimize the possibility of having a brakdown on the interstate. Brian keeps my Tundra in peak operating performance. I think I was spoiled by Brian when he was just the Service Manager. He was, and still is, kind, knowledgeable and dependable. I had bought a Sienna from Toyota of Tampa Bay but thought their service w Service Manager. He was, and still is, kind, knowledgeable and dependable. I had bought a Sienna from Toyota of Tampa Bay but thought their service was horrible. I then went to Wesley Chapel Toyota and Brian spoiled me. The trust I have in Brian was a major factor in the decision to purchase my new Toyota from WC Toyota. For the most recent visit I had Yanelly Frias as my Service manager. Maybe it was just an off day for her, but I was not thrilled with her attitude which seemed very condoning. It was enough of a turn off that on future visits I will request that she not be my Service Manager again. Would I recommend taking a Toyota to them for service to someone else? Yes, just not with Yanelly. I have dealt with other Service Managers there and Yanelly is the only one that gave me a negative feeling. More
