After introducing himself and sharing information about the 2011 cars, he left us alone and would periodically check back to see if we had any questions. What impressed us the most was that George did not make us feel pressured in any way to purchase a car. He was extremely professional in every aspect. When we visited Wesley Chapel Toyota for the first time we had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle – George has the ability to “listen” first, understand the product, however, more importantly, his top priority is to know the needs of his clients. In today’s market it is rare to find someone who really has your best interest at heart. While it is the responsibility of a salesman to sell cars, it is more important to develop relationships with their clients to ensure repeat business. George has acquired this quality which is a tremendous asset for him and Wesley Chapel Toyota. George introduced us to the Toyota team: Kagan Sharpe, Bobby Wilcox, Kelly Schellhase and Patrick Abad. Right from the first contact with Mike we knew that we would work out a deal. He listened to what features/options we wanted in our new car, was friendly and got back to us in a timely manner. They gave me a price over the internet through the AAA program, had the car waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive and even fed me fresh cookies. My wife and I decided to look at cars as we needed to get a newer car that our daughter could use. After spending time online, and on the phone with several dealerships, my conversations with Amanda at Wesley Chapel Toyota led us to come down to look. As Amanda was currently busy, John took us to see what was on the lot. Not only did we see what was on the lot, we learned alot about the various options and about the models we were interested in. As it turned out - our car was one that had just been traded in ! John was able to get the car detailed and Jaime was able to get our financing taken care of in record time...for a late Sunday afternoon, it was a delightful 'buying a car' experience. Alas, this car we bought will not go to our daughter as it is exactly what I need and is my new 'used' car ! The follow up calls were a nice touch and very helpful. More
