The car's engine had failed, & I had to have it brought from my home in Spring Hill to Wesley Chapel Toyota to determine if an oil consumption recall possibly caused the engine to fail. Ultimately I did not want to invest in a new engine for the camera, so I looked into trading it in on a 2012 Honda Pilot. Generally, I hate the car buying process, but Yuri Acosta made the experience an overall positive one for my family and I. I would recommend seeing him for any of your new or used car needs. More

We asked questions and he was happy to answer them. We went on 3 test drives, once in the Camry and 2 in the Prius. He was great about it, never trying to rush us inside to "look at numbers." He also never tried to up-sell us into features we did not need. This was a big issue at the other dealers we went to. Overall a great experience. The one pointer I'd give to the dealer, is to work on getting all the paperwork done faster. We decided we wanted the car around 4. but didn't get to leave until after 6. In the end it only took us 15 minutes or so to actually sign paperwork, the rest was just waiting on people. More
