NEVER in my life thought I would get a new car ever again So we all have bumps and bruises with our credit and its sad to say your just a number unfortunately wisdom comes with age - Credit on the other han So we all have bumps and bruises with our credit and its sad to say your just a number unfortunately wisdom comes with age - Credit on the other hand is a mystery all its own -- 3 credit bureaus -- and each are different scores for the same person -- ONLY in America does it take YEARS to build credit and one month of a missed payment to drop you like a rock and then you have shaky or risky credit- so that being said - I received a letter from Wesley Chapel Toyota - that said I have done good rebuilding my credit , come see what we have to offer , I thought YEAH RIGHT another BS letter to get me out there to be DECLINED yet again --I called the manager LYNN and gave her a hard time just letting them know im not stupid or new this sort of stuff-- she said give me 30 mins of your time and see what we can do for you .., So I have previous car loan with a credit Union that screwed me over on a high interest loan PLUS MAKING repairs so only had that car 2 years and was over paying for the car and repairs - so I came across Mark Howard a sales rep at Wesley Chapel Toyota -LET me tell you AMAZING SALES PERSON AND STAFF - I have never seen a more professional staff and NO pushy sales - he took his time explained every detail of the car - every step we would take to get this done -He came back with an offer on a new 2015 Corolla with no money down and with an approval already had a bank waiting for me to sign the dotted line plus an extended warranty -I almost hit the floor with excitement - Get this no money down , lower interest more then half of what I was paying, I left with a new 2015 car in less than 2 hours signed sealed and delivered. plus they paid off my old Honda loan . At one point I had requested an internet price for a RAV4, and later received an email stating they would but my car even if I didn't buy theirs, so I went down from Spring Hill just to see what they would give me for my car. Needless to say, I drove the RAV4 home!!! I had no intention of buying a car that day, and had actually gone without my husband! It was the smoothest process and I never felt like I was being hustled. I actually ended up knowing one of the sales guys (Scott) from Saturn years ago. It was such a wonderful buying experience and I absolutely LOVE the RAV4!!! More

My husband has a RAV4 that we purchased from Scott and we have had 2 other Toyotas that we serviced at Wesley Chapel Toyota over the past 9 years since they opened. We knew what to expect before we arrived. That is comforting in itself. There was no hard sell and no list of compromises. Scott showed me the vehicles that I wanted to see with the exact features I specified. I was very particular. We narrowed it down to 2 different types of vehicles. I asked Scott if I could think about my choice overnight and wanted to come back the next day to test drive them again. We drove from St. Petersburg to Wesley Chapel to make this purchase even though there are closer dealers to us. We came back on Saturday to test drive again. I made the decision to go" back" into a 2015 Camry XLE. What a SWEET car! This was an impressive package and I got an excellent (fair) price for my trade-in. I have been hauling around a walker for my mom in the back seat of the other car because it would not fit in the trunk. I really missed the large trunk space in the Camry! You can fit 3 large adults in there! LOL. A few things I would like to say about Wesley Chapel Toyota: 1. They have never made an issue out of a woman purchasing a car. I did all of the talking and asked questions that were answered to ME, not my husband. I like that most of all! I have been through the "well, why don't you ask a brother, father, hubby" thing many times. I am a grown woman and know how to buy a car. I was treated like a person, not a "woman". 2. Scott and the entire staff at Wesley Chapel Toyota are nothing but professional, friendly and courteous. They treat you like family. I know I can text Scott or ask questions about my car and someone will answer me. I have done so already with prompt replies. 3. Buying and Servicing a car at this dealership is worth the drive from St Pete. I know that when I go there, I will be listened to and taken seriously. 4. I was sent a nice gift of chocolate chip cookies to thank me for my purchase. :) If you think this is a lengthy comment, you are right!
