Luis Veas was GREAT to work with, who went way above and beyond, from negotiating rates, to taking pictures/videos for me, to sending me information on the lifetime warranty. We also REALLY enjoyed the customer service from Steve Barranco I believe customer service is always the most important characteristic. The day prior, I went to Phillips Toyota and their level of customer service is horrible (even the manager was terrible). I ending up walking away from the deal and was ready to sign the paperwork and walked out over a $200 discrepancy. Wesley Chapel didn't pull any sneaky sales tactics. Michelle was great also with presenting the accessories and it worked out great killing time between waiting on financing. She was also very friendly to my 2 little girls who were waiting with me. Thanks again for a great experience. This was our first new car ever for my wife or myself. :) More

Dream truck to reality I had the pleasure to meet Yuri Acosta last week when i went in to trade my Tacoma in. I explained to Yuri what I was wanting and what I could pay, Yuri didn't keep coming back asking for more money or insult me with a low ball number for my truck, he came up with numbers for my truck and his truck that blew me away and I was out of there within 2hours.
