I expressed in the email not to waste my time unless they were close on the number, Steve Blank replied, you see me today and we will make it happen. I did the same thing with two other dealerships and got the standard email to call me back and will talk. I did not want to be in a dealership all day doing the run around to the sales manager junk. I just wanted an honest deal on a great vehicle. Mark Howard was my sales person when I arrived, the car was parked up front and waiting there and ready for a test drive. Mark was very patient in the 94 degree sun and accommodated all of our questions and did an excellent job of steering us and not leading us. Thanks, Mark. Your years of experience are evident. John Deloach was a welcoming and and informative rep in the business office, he made right suggestions for our questions and we left out of there confident we were ready to hand off the car to our daughter with the necessary protections and warranties and never tried to over sell the "package". Bottom line, at the end of the day I got the vehicle I wanted, at a price that I wanted. That is all a car buyer can ask. This was my fourth Toyota purchase. I can confidently say that the internet service team of Mark Howard and Steve Blank will make you happy, and I am confident I will be returning to Wesley Chapel Toyota for 5 and 6 and beyond. More
