I recently referred my aunt (who was looking to upgrade her older Corolla) to Wesley Chapel Toyota. I contacted the Sales Associate, Harry Whitaker III; who had previously assisted me with my purchase. Once again, Harry's efforts and willingness to help paid off. Harry along with his manager did what they could to make the numbers work for my aunt. They not only accepted to match an offer provided by another Toyota dealership, they also gave us the overall best deal. Harry made another sale... on his day off because he willingly took the time out to meet with my aunt due to the day and time in question was the only day convenient for us. New Highlander Purchase at WCT The purchase of my 2015 Highlander could not have been easier. WCT did not have one in stock, nor any other SE Toyota dealer, however, they had one o The purchase of my 2015 Highlander could not have been easier. WCT did not have one in stock, nor any other SE Toyota dealer, however, they had one on order that could be modified and delivered quickly to me. Entire interaction was over phone or internet until I placed a deposit. Had narrowed my choices down to the Highlander Limited Platinum. Upon delivery, I got to meet more of the people. It was nice touch for them to pull car inside to be reviewed and gone over with me. I also like the lifetime powertrain warranty, while other dealers were slightly cheaper, WCT offered the warranty, which for me was of great value. The finance/closer did not push add-ons he provided information and allowed me to just say no, he ensured I understood the value of what was provided, but did not push. Service stopped by the desk to ensure I understood the details of their offering and also offered to set up a 1st appointment several months out. I would urge you to try WCT if you need a car. More
Freaking Exhausting and Exciting at the same time We went to the Wesley Chapel Toyota dealership 3 times before we found our 2014 Toyota Camry who we nicknamed our little "Cammy Devereaux". We could not have asked for a better sales person than James Swanson. The requirements for me was good gas mileage and a decent sound system and for my wife a SUNROOF. I know that I got on his last nerve but he never showed it once and kept plugging away until we found the car that was right for me and my wife. The sales manager Albert White took the time to educate us on car buying and I really appreciated that. There was never any pressure and he even advised us to go home and think about so that we would not have any regrets. Kelly Heflin was our financial manager and she processed our paper quickly while keeping us laughing and smiling...... Thank James, Albert and Kelly... More

Don't take the free shuttle I bought my car here and was very happy. However when I took it in for service for 10,000 miles I took the shuttle service home. The driver wrote some I bought my car here and was very happy. However when I took it in for service for 10,000 miles I took the shuttle service home. The driver wrote some things down on his log and we got ready to go. He was driving a minivan with a backup camera and the usual mirrors. As he reversed he plowed hard right in to a car several feet behind us. He pulled up a bit, jumped out of the van and kept saying he just hit the rubber bumper. We hit it that car hard! He said it was the owner Brian's car, who was walking out of the service bays right after it happened. The driver rolled down the window to say hello to Brian, but didn't mention to him that he had just hit his car. I was in total shock, it scared me to death. I didn't know what else to do, I let him drive me home but I was very nervous. I called them to explain what happened. I had my neighbor bring me back to pick my car up and no one apologized or mentioned the accident. I would think that a large dealership would have more alert drivers when there are other human beings in the shuttle service vehicles. More
