NOTE: the "rating above" applies to the dealership in general. I'm extremely pleased with my service advisor, Mr. Jim Bobek, who is in NO WAY responsible for the less than 5 star rating. I'm becoming general. I'm extremely pleased with my service advisor, Mr. Jim Bobek, who is in NO WAY responsible for the less than 5 star rating. I'm becoming less and less impressed with the dealership in general. This particular visit resulted in a $30.00 plus charge for a coupon that was advertised to be for $19.00. The service advisor explained how the dealership justifies the cost differnence. Seemed more like "bait and switch" to me. More
