I am sorry to say that we have bought from this dealership in the past and even from the very first time, my boyfriend state that he didnt feel comfertable with giving this dealership his business dealership in the past and even from the very first time, my boyfriend state that he didnt feel comfertable with giving this dealership his business and that he always feel taken advantage of and dirty. That is truely because this dealership is aweful and these guys do not like to play fair at all, they try anything and everything to squeeze everything out of you. During the presidents sales event 2013, Honda was promoting the Sign and Drive event with 0 down 0 first months payment and 0 deposit. After stating that it would costs us over 3k to get into the base model accord, which made my bf so mad that he left with leaving his personal belongs there. When we returned to get them the sales guy had a print out of the sales event which he highlighted the part that the dealer fee and tags were not included ($795 total). However in the break down of the $1,900+ that they now said would be due, they still included the acquisition fee,... which was the sentence below where they highlighted ... stated was already included in the terms. Either these guys are not educated on thier product and thier current specials and offers.... or they are the crooks that all the other websites claim. .... or they dont know about google yet. More

When i signed a contract with Wesley Chapel Honda and bought my used car i had no idea that i would go through a very stressful and embarrasing experience that i would not want anyone else to go through. bought my used car i had no idea that i would go through a very stressful and embarrasing experience that i would not want anyone else to go through. i was not told when i bought the car that the contract i sign and the deal that i made with RJ Day was not worth the paper it was written on. I live over and hour away from the dealership and was called to come in and sign what they called the final title paperwork. When i arrived i was told by RJ Day that the contract changed and my payments were going to be higher than originally agreed to. i explained to him that i could not afford the new payments and that's when he became very $30 day plus milage for driving the car. i was honest when i bought the car in explaining my credit score, my pay off on the vehicle i was trading in and what i can afford. They were very dishonest and will do anything including lies to sell cars. RJ Day was the most unprofessional and disrespectful person i have ever had to deal with. Hopefully this will be posted and no one will have to go through the horrible experience i had with Wesley Chapel Honda! More
Had been searching on-line for a 2011 White Honda Odyssey and found one on the Wesley Chapel Honda web-site. We filled out the questionaire and submitted it and within 10min received a call from Joe Struzze and found one on the Wesley Chapel Honda web-site. Joe asked us if we'd like to come take a look at the vehicle on the lot and take a test drive. We visited the dealership and met with Joe Struzzeri and all I can say is "what a great sales experience," the best we'd ever encountered. Joe took the time and showed us around the dealership, parts dept., service dept., etc... Informed us about the dealership's involvement within the community, which is impressive to say the least. In general, Joe made us feel very much at ease. We had to make several trips to the dealership due to other personal commitments we had and Joe was very commendating to our schedule. All in all the whole sales experience couldn't have been better. Joe Struzzeri went above and beyond!! Buying a car is probably the least favorite thing for people to do these days, but Joe was outstanding to deal with. Wesley Chapel Honda needs more Joe Struzzeri's on its team!! Thanks for everything Joe! More
Kevin Campbell was the first person I ran into as I walked in a side door to look for cars for my family at the dealership. They turned out to be ideal for our situation so I jumped in and bought both of them. The deal was fair, Kevin was quick, efficient and helpful. I will be recommending him to any of my friends or coworkers who are shopping for cars in the future. More
Brought my Honda civic in for routine service, including brakes, transmission fluid change, and oil change. Since it had over 120,000 miles on it, it was recommended to me by above named to flush/change pow brakes, transmission fluid change, and oil change. Since it had over 120,000 miles on it, it was recommended to me by above named to flush/change power steering fluid, brake fluid, and radiator fluid, which I did. Total cost was about $700. Day after I picked it up, noticed my thermostat immediately reading warm on a cold morning, with the defroster only blowing warm air when the car was accelerating. I am not a mechanic, so I didnt know what was going on. 3-4 days later, the car's thermostat rose above hot with normal driving and I pulled over. I brought the car in to the Wesley Chapel Honda Dealership, and was told the head-gasket was leaking and the radiator was cracked,estimates were $2400 with increase depending on what they saw when they took the car apart. I declined their service. I indicated that it occurred after their service and from reading online and talking to other mechanics, this can happen when they changed the radiator fluid without properly letting the air out. It was way to coincidental for me. Prior to this I had no problems with the car. Was told "Hondas have a head gasket problem" by Stacy Dahlen, whatever that means. Would not recommend this dealership at all. Improper servicing and refusal to fix the problem they caused. More
I originally went to Wesley Chapel Honda to purchase a new vehicle for my family. Upon looking at their inventory we decided to go with a great pre-owned Honda Pilot. Part of our deal for the pre-owned car was that it would be upgraded with leather interior. After leaving the dealership, I was informed the leather would arrive in approximately one week for installation. After a few weeks had passed I followed up with my salesperson, but to no avail. I finally contacted someone in customer service who assured me she would have a manager reach out to me. The next day I received an email from my sales rep asking me what color I had decided on. Assuming this email would lead to a resolution, I informed the sales rep of the color and asked for an ETA. Four months later, I still have not received my leather upgrade nor any correspondence from the dealership. I guess I will have to take the legal route on this since it is in the contract. I strongly recommend Honda's as our family owns two, but I would strongly consider going elsewhere to make your purchase. I love our vehicle, but the service does not match the quality of the vehicle. Very disappointed.... More
