I can only speak about the service department. My service advisor, Michael Kaplan, was very professional, understanding of my issue, and went beyond trying to get my Honda Passport fixed. My issue is that the vehicle drifted to the right if I let go of the steering wheel. ( My 15 year old Yukon with 204,000 miles drives straight when I let the wheel go. ) I brought the 2023 Passport, to the service department and met Michael. As mentioned he was very nice and understanding. He had it checked out and they did a 4 wheel alignment. No other issue was found except the cabin filter required immediate attention. This was found during the Multi-Point Inspection. As soon as I drove the car I could tell it was a little better, but still drifted to the right. I drove it on back roads and the interstate. I called Michael and I was to bring it back on Wednesday. I brought it back, they did another 4 wheel alignment, added 3 pounds of air in the tires (tires were at 38 pounds and they increased it to 41) and rotated the tires. It was also noted this time that the cabin filter was now Satisfactory. Strange. I drove away, got on the interstate and it still drifted to the right. I'm going to call Michael tomorrow ,23 August, and advise him. I had purchased the $200 alignment for life program. The car only has 32400 miles. No accidents or any issues according to CarFax. I did not buy the car from Wesley Chapel Honda. They didn't have one at the time(July 24th 2024). I had seen good service reviews so I decided to try them and if things went OK I would be using them permanently. Hopefully they can fix it. UPDATE: Called and spoke with Mike. We discussed the problem with the car still drifting to the right. For now he is indicating that it is tire problems. He advised to drive it for awhile to see if it corrects itself. I asked if there could be any damage to the suspension that might cause the drifting. Mike advised that the machine would have found any damage and none was found. So, I'll drive it a few thousand miles to see if it clears. More

Overall, I highly recommend Westley chapel Honda to anyone looking for not only a vehicle but comfortable experience doing so. I will definitely be returning in the future.
