I had my 2021 Chevy Bolt towed to Wes Finch for service, the battery was no longer charging. I stopped in the day after to speak to the service department to tell them what was going on and to make sure the the battery was no longer charging. I kept checking back every two to three days to see how it was going. They kept telling me they couldn't figure it out and that they were talking to GM Service Technicians trying to diagnose the issue. After a month of this I called GM's EV Concierge Service and opened a ticket to try to get Wes Finch some help so I could get my car back. I won't go into the unbelievably horrible service GM has and how useless their customer service is. I did find out that Wes Finch had never opened a Tech Ticket with GM so they were just lying to me the whole time, to what end I have no idea. After three more weeks of trying to get help from GM, I finally called the dealership I purchased the car from. I spoke to one of the owners and he was great. They towed my car down to their dealership and within a weeks figured out the issue and the car is ready to go. During this entire event do you know how many times Wes Finch called and updated me on the status of my car? ZERO!! When Chad from Vaughn Automotive called Wes Finches service manager they told Chad that they hadn't done anything with the car and it was just sitting behind the building. So, by letting my car just sit there for 2 months the 12V battery went dead. Vaughn just put a new battery in it, checked the error codes from the computer, reprogrammed it and the car is as good as new. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EV TO WES FINCH!! More
The service department was excellent! !! They were courteous, knowledgeable, thorough (especially items I did not know had issues) and I like to make sure my vehicle is in good shape and !! Daughter bought me a detailing for Christmas a year ago and have tried to make several appointments but they are always to busy or have no help then promise to call be when have an opening.
