It was my first experience with speaking to Shannon and going there to Warner for some recalls on my car. I won’t go anyplace else. Technician was very condescending and suggested that my issue was "Operator Error". I still have the same issue with batteries dying every 2-3 months. I have a drawer full of them to prove it.
