Superb service They really do make you feel like you are the most important customer they have. Repair work to my Mazda were done so well it’s like a new car to me. They really do make you feel like you are the most important customer they have. Repair work to my Mazda were done so well it’s like a new car to me. When I called they always answered the calls or called back within an hour. My battle with the insurance company to obtain proper repair reimbursement was likewise taken up by John the service manager leading to my getting not only what I deserved in repair but with little effort on my part. I can not be happier with the results. More

The only issue I had was the dashboard was still flashing when I went out to my car to leave, so I had to go back in and I could tell Jessica was a little annoyed with how I expressed my displeasure to her based on her tone and facial expression. No apology was given but I do want to say that Jessica was pleasant when I first arrived for my appointment. More
