Going above and beyond! I bought a CX-5 from Werner Mazda last June, which was a made a nice, professional experience by our sales guy, Mike Heintz and have since returned tw I bought a CX-5 from Werner Mazda last June, which was a made a nice, professional experience by our sales guy, Mike Heintz and have since returned twice for routine service. The Service Dept. is A+ all the way! The staff is friendly and competent. I get in and get out without all the "extras" that my other dealership would seem to find when I would take my previous car in for an oil change. They even wash the car before giving it back to you. The waiting area is comfortable and stocked with beverages and snacks for your choosing. I asked them to look at a minor problem, which, not only did they spend some time on it to make sure that it wasn't really a problem but they did not charge me to look at it, unlike my previous dealer who would charge me $80.00 just to look at anything, however minor. I love this dealership! Werner truly has the meaning of customer service down. More

Lied about unneeded repair Werner Mazda is dishonest with their customers in order to increase their profits and I encourage those of you reading this to avoid doing business wi Werner Mazda is dishonest with their customers in order to increase their profits and I encourage those of you reading this to avoid doing business with Werner Mazda. I had this dealership take a look at my vehicle as I believed it was having transmission issues, it turns out that it was not, but one of the things they told me they wanted to replace was a "leaky valve cover gasket" and it would be $182.00. Before having any work done I had my father who has been an automotive technician for over 30 years take a look at it, and it turns out there was nothing wrong with the valve cover gasket. They blatantly lied to me to make money off an unneeded repair, likely assuming they could get away with it as I am a 23 year old female. More

After having the car serviced twice for the same issue a week apart and being charged the diag, twice witout getting the car fixed. I should not be paying for the training time of the tech. Having four tires changed over and paying four times the price that Tire Warehouse would charge, Is a lesson to learn. They told me to come in on Saturday so I did could not do anything on the car, needed the Mazda center that is not open on saturday they knew this before they scheduled me for Saturday. And when I got there they did not know I was coming in. I have been going to them for a number of years and have had issues off and on, but now it is just to much. I will no longer have work done there at an exagerated cost, nor will I ever buy a Mazda again cause of it More
