Really efficient! I made an appointment for my inspection. From the time I drove into the service department to the time I left was 46 minutes. They were efficient and I made an appointment for my inspection. From the time I drove into the service department to the time I left was 46 minutes. They were efficient and made sure to check all my fluid levels. They even found my in cabin pollen filter to be extremely dirty and changed it. Nice clean comfortable waiting area. More

Sales & Service I have bought 5 Mazdas from Werner over the last 15 years and they have done a wonderful job in not only the sales aspect, but I bring all of the cars I have bought 5 Mazdas from Werner over the last 15 years and they have done a wonderful job in not only the sales aspect, but I bring all of the cars there for service and have never had any issues. Going above and beyond! I bought a CX-5 from Werner Mazda last June, which was a made a nice, professional experience by our sales guy, Mike Heintz and have since returned tw I bought a CX-5 from Werner Mazda last June, which was a made a nice, professional experience by our sales guy, Mike Heintz and have since returned twice for routine service. The Service Dept. is A+ all the way! The staff is friendly and competent. I get in and get out without all the "extras" that my other dealership would seem to find when I would take my previous car in for an oil change. They even wash the car before giving it back to you. The waiting area is comfortable and stocked with beverages and snacks for your choosing. I asked them to look at a minor problem, which, not only did they spend some time on it to make sure that it wasn't really a problem but they did not charge me to look at it, unlike my previous dealer who would charge me $80.00 just to look at anything, however minor. I love this dealership! Werner truly has the meaning of customer service down. More
