Disappointing We purchased a new car there at Werner. The sales staff was awesome. We were treated respectfully with no high pressure. At the time of the sale, we also ordered a remote car starter and worked it into the contract. We were also promised a complete detailing of the new car to be done when the remote starter was installed. After a week, we didn't hear from anyone about scheduling the installation. I called to speak to service, who was too busy to take my call, so I left a message to call me back. No one did. The next day, I called again and spoke to someone who scheduled my appointment. We dropped the car off overnight for the work to be done. At around 4:00 PM the next day I called to check the status of the work. I was told they were just finishing up. I came in to pick the car up, the service associate handed me the keys and said thank you. I asked him "where's my car?" to which he replied "it should be right outside". It wasn't. I had to ask him again to please go find my car and bring it around front. He did. My car was filthy! It was covered in pollen and had not even been vacuumed, let alone detailed. I'm very disappointed with the level of service after the sale. I ordinarily purchase a new car every 3 or 4 years but I won't be returning to Werner. More

I decided to give Werner Mazda a tr This was my first visit to Werner Mazda, I live in Massachusetts and purchased my 2018 Mazda CX5 in Massachusetts. I decided to give Werner Mazda a try in servicing my vehicle. The service adviser was expecting me and greeted me by name -- I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation - I asked him since I have 22,000 miles on the vehicle could he recommend any additional services --- he suggested an alignment --- a service that he and Werner recommend be performed annually. I took his advice --- It turned out that my alignment was outside of specifications - the service technician corrected the issue. My vehicle was returned to me cleaner than when I entered the service department (they performed a courtesy exterior wash). The cost of the service was less than I expected -- the service adviser applied a $20 discount to my invoice. The waiting area was comfortable,it has a TV, magazines to read, coffee, fruit and other snacks that are free to customers. I will return for additional service because the work was done professionally at a fair price and I was treated with respect. More

Oil change was great. Remaining service for tire issue - NOT Oil change was reason for visit. That was performed without problem and price with coupon was fair. Tech. noticed damaged rear passenger side tire after my husband reported a strange sound. Car has 20000 miles on it. The service adv. Ken Armstrong immediately told my husband who brought the car in, that 4 new tires would be needed. Per the service, the tires are at LF 5/6, RF 5/6 & LR 6. To replace all 4 w/b 986.00 installed. The tires are Yokaham Geolander. My husband asked if 2 could be replaced. Ken said "no". The service Tech said "yes". I don't like "the hard sell". I need trusted info to make an informed decision. I did not get that. Then my husband was told in couple weeks there w/b tire sale buy 3 get 1 free. My issue is this : 1. My car with only 20000 miles may already need 4 new tires ? What is the quality of the tires on the CX-5 ? 5/6 is in the middle right ? A 2 rating means replace ? Why do they wear so poorly on a car that drives on highways mostly ? My car is sitting in the driveway. I do not know what to do with it. Very dis satisfied with tire service. More

Inconsistent service I have a leased car from Werner Mazda that I have had for about a year and a half. My experience when first leasing the car was a positive one. The sa I have a leased car from Werner Mazda that I have had for about a year and a half. My experience when first leasing the car was a positive one. The salesmen were helpful and fair. I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision like I have felt in previous experiences when getting a new car. Since then, I have had positive experiences with the service center with routine oil changes. If they find something they feel needs attention they ask first and again, I never felt pressured to fix something right then. However, I recently brought my car in for a broken headlight. I called the service center and they said I do not need an appointment and to just bring the car in whenever I could. So I brought my car in on a Friday. They didn’t have the bulb they needed so they said they would order it and it would be fixed first thing on Saturday. They loaned me a car to use in the mean time which I felt was very helpful. I called on Saturday around 4pm and they said they didn’t realize they got the bulb in so they had not yet fixed it. They said they would have it done on Monday. On Monday I called in the afternoon and they said they were very busy and would get to it soon and it should be done around 3pm. I got a call from them around 230 and they said they found that the headlight compartment was cracked and needed to be replaced. I told them not to fix it and I would bring the car to my grandparents auto body shop. They fixed it anyway and charged me for it when I picked the car up. Overall my experiences here have been good ones but his past weekend had made me question whether I will remain a customer at Werner Mazda. More
