July 30, 2019 This appointment was for my 2016 Mazda6 55,000 mile maintenance and reconditioning. I was greeted promptly at 7:30 without delay and my order (submitt This appointment was for my 2016 Mazda6 55,000 mile maintenance and reconditioning. I was greeted promptly at 7:30 without delay and my order (submitted online) was accurate. I was given a 3:30 pick-up time as the reconditioning takes some time, but I decided to wait and work using the available WIFI from the waiting area. The waiting area is a little cramped but snacks, coffee and bottled water are available. At about 10:30 I noticed my vehicle parked in the lot, but I wasn't notified my car was ready until 10:55 by text. Of course, this was much earlier than expected, but I should have been notified sooner since I was in the waiting room. As usual, I did my car very clean inside and out, and ready to go. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I receive from Werner Mazda. Dave O. More

Great service experience Recently purchased a used Mazda from Werner for my daughter. A few days after purchase there was an issue that required service. Called and they were happy to arrange a loaner car and try to fit me in that day or the next day. Since I was at work I didn't drop the car off until after service had closed but that was no problem, they got me my loaner and I was off. Car was ready by mid morning the next day and we were back on the road. More
