Great customer service I had to have my oil changed and tires rotated, I was unaware that my Service plan had used up all my coupons. But to my surprise they had a coupon an I had to have my oil changed and tires rotated, I was unaware that my Service plan had used up all my coupons. Routine Service Quick and Easy I was able to make a Saturday morning appointment that worked with my schedule. I chose to wait for my vehicle in the very comfy customer lounge. I brought a book to read , made myself a delicious cup of coffee they had for customers and sat comfortably while I waited. My car was done in about an hour. Yearly inspection When I arrived around 9:50 for appointment at 10:00am I asked how long it would take and was told about 45 minutes. Around 11:05 Jessica came out a When I arrived around 9:50 for appointment at 10:00am I asked how long it would take and was told about 45 minutes. Around 11:05 Jessica came out and told me my car needed some things to pass inspection and I asked if I could see the exhaust leak which she want me a video for. I told her that I would have to wait a week or so to get the tie rod and alignment done. The exhaust I would have done at the place that made my 2 exhaust pipes going into the two mufflers cuase that was cheaper. She said ok they are just going to wash it wand bring it out. So I waited and was finally pulling out of dealership at 11:54am. I did have to be in Salem N.H. around 12 pm which I had to cancel due to the fact that I was told about 45 minutes and I was there for 2hrs for a inspection. Service advisor should come out and let customers know that it will be longer than originally told. I think I spoke with the sales people more than the service advisor. More
