As always the best service experience I was welcomed by name when I arrived, the required maintenance was done correctly at a fair price. The oil change part of the 30K required maintenan I was welcomed by name when I arrived, the required maintenance was done correctly at a fair price. The oil change part of the 30K required maintenance was cheaper than going to a quick lube place like Jiffy Lube. At Werner all the parts are Genuine Mazda and the oil used is Mazda recommended Castrol Synthetic. My CX5 Grand Touring also received a no-cost an exterior car wash. I also had time to enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee and do a little light reading. More

Service rep Jess Kinney is the best I’m 68 years old and obviously have owned a lot of vehicles over the last 50+ years and dealt with many service departments and repair places. I can’t remember dealing with a more pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable rep than Jess. I told her how easy she made the experience and that she is definitely in the right job. I have dealt with Jess many times over the past year and had similar experiences. I have the same praise for David Lee who sold me my CX5. He’s helped me out several times since. Back in 2011 I went to Werner to purchase a Mazda 3 and was so mistreated by the sales rep that I went to Nashua and purchased the car from Tulley. I swore I would never go back to Werner until my brother-in-law purchased a CX5 at Werner and told me things had changed. I decided to give you a second chance and I’m glad I did. Keep up the good work. I will spread the word. Please thank Jess again for me. Also a service station tried to overcharge me for the repairs. Jess saved me over $800 in unnecessary work they would have done on my 2011 Mazda 3. More
