Not paying attention I went in for a fix to my GPS and for snow tire (purchase, mount, and balance). I bought all weather floor mats to bring home for my wife's car. I was told they were in the car but they weren't. I assumed they must have been n the back of the care under the 4 tires that were taken off for the snows. More

Bad information on iPhone text connection Hadn't been able to get my iPhone texts displayed and read on the vehicle although they had been working in the past. Reported it to the dealer as an issue hoping they would know exactly what needed to be done. After spending some time trying to figure it out they told me that although it works with Android phones it's not designed to work with the iPhone because "Apple doesn't want you to text and drive". What a bunch of malarkey! After doing my own research on the issue, I discovered the solution was a simple notification setting on the phone. More

Great service, go above and beyond Came in for a basic repair expecting a hassle because I had a third part extended warranty provided by the selling dealer (not Werner).
