After some difficulty getting together on an appointment time, the service team was extremely helpful, professional and friendly - especially considering it was a no charge service to fix an issue after pur time, the service team was extremely helpful, professional and friendly - especially considering it was a no charge service to fix an issue after purchase. Service took a bit longer than anticipated but every effort was made to meet my schedule and problem was resolved fully and even included a car wash after. Shuttle service was helpful also. More

Nice dealership, horrible financing through Chase Purchased/leased four vehicles in the past 8 years, and overall very satisfied customer. Really like the Mazda product even recommending to others, and they feel the same. My issue was with the financing company when turning in my vehicle. They unfairly charged $2,500 for excess wear and tear. Did not see this coming, and never had this happen with prior vehicles. The owner of Warner Mazda helped offset some of the expense when he reviewed the photos taken by assessor. Buyer beware when turning in your leased vehicle. Take your own time-stamped photos, and try to avoid working with Chase Morgan EVER! They are piranhas! Sad that the financing part of the deal could so severely impact the relationship with the dealership. Jay Trabucco was a delight, and extended his time to assist-great asset to the company. More
