We had an excellent experience at Werner Mazda. We were greeted by Rob Hering as soon as we walked in the door. We were looking for a specific car, MX5 Miata. Rob explained there were none on the lot but there was a couple coming in within 2-3 weeks. He took our phone number and said he would call when they arrived. And he did! We made plans to come in. He had the car waiting for us. He delivered on customer service and was with us through the whole purchasing process. We have a 1997 Miata and now we are the proud owners of a 2020 MX5 Miata. Nothing to do with the courtesy of employees which was great. My appointment was for a factory recall of lift gate struts. I called several days in advance as this was 150 mile round trip for me. This should have been about an hour visit I was told at most. Only one strut was in stock. Really! This wasn't checked at time of appointment being made??? So it wound up being over 2 1/2 hours as service had to go to other dealership for parts. My travel time is 90 mins each way. It threw of my schedule the rest of the day. I also had two dogs (one blind and deaf) with me to keep occupied and accommodate on the trip. What should have been a 4 hr or so trip turned out to be over 7 hrs. I would think there is better way to organize things like this. If you're going to do work, I would make sure parts are in stock and set aside for the job. Criky, I did as much 40 yrs ago organizing jobs and supplies while I was in the USN. More

I went in for a State Inspection. The staff at the service desk was friendly, everyone was masked and social distant, and the car was in an out quickly. Can't beat getting a $10 inspection with a com service desk was friendly, everyone was masked and social distant, and the car was in an out quickly. Nice new building you have there. First off, no one greeted me out in the service bay when I got there, and no one who walked by me directed me that I had to go inside to check in my vehicle for servic greeted me out in the service bay when I got there, and no one who walked by me directed me that I had to go inside to check in my vehicle for service.
