Big shout out to Werner Mazda. The service department and Sales manager stepped up big time. During the annual state inspection, a crack was found on the subframe. Now I bought this 2014 Chevy Equinox used Sales manager stepped up big time. During the annual state inspection, a crack was found on the subframe. Now I bought this 2014 Chevy Equinox used in June 2019. This crack could've cost me out of pocket,but the service department determined the crack was likely to have been there prior to my purchasing the car. It looked as though someone had tried to fix it(wrongly). The sales manager agreed to cover the cost of having it repaired. Gave me a free loaner for the 3 days. Highly recommend Werner Mazda service and sales team. More

Have been going for my car oil changes, brakes and new tires. Had breaks done. Week later they were rubbing. Went back and was told pads were defective and they replaced. Right back to rubbing again they are worse than ever. Also asked them to put new windshield wipe and was told pads were defective and they replaced. Right back to rubbing again they are worse than ever. Paid for them and funny, the lines are still there which leads me to believe they were never changed. More
