Turning a bad situation into a good one I previously was driving a 2018 Toyota Corolla, which was totaled in April when a young gentleman ran a stop sign on my son. Service I brought my car in to have a couple of safety recalls worked. I picked my car up and was informed that only one had been done the parts for the other I brought my car in to have a couple of safety recalls worked. I picked my car up and was informed that only one had been done the parts for the other one had been on back order. They could of told me that when I made the appointment. Now I have to be inconvenienced and go back whenever the parts come in. Hopefully my steering will not go in the meantime. More

Roger knew the product and explained the features very well. There was none of the typical high pressure sales pitch and they had a pleasant and friendly approach in our negotiations.
