Bought a 2018 Rio from them 4 years ago with lifetime tire replacement. Car has 88,000+ miles on the original tires and they are just below the wear indicators. Called and was given a line of BS about how the guarantee was no good because I hadn't had it serviced at their dealership. I live 2 hours away and have done routine oil changes and rotations ever since I bought the car. As usual there is always a catch. Never mind I was lied to originally about the cruise control. They are dishonest and I will make it a point to tell everyone I know including KIA. More
