My 2015 Kia Sorrento engine went bad at 80K miles. When we took it in, Mike attached the code reader and said that it was most likely due to the recall on GDI engines. We were told that it would be 30-45 days before the dealership could diagnose the issue and that Kia would not authorize a rental until the diagnoses has been done and the case was submitted. The dealership has had zero issue with leaving us with 1 car where one of us is walking to and from work each day. My wife was trying to work with Mike to try to find out a more reasonable time frame and has had to call numerous times as he does not return calls and the other service staff tries to appease you by stating "you are not the only one in this position". I called 3 different people yesterday and was told I would get calls back and had to keep calling. Ended up working my way to the Service Manager and was told he would call me back within an hour. 3 hours later, I had to call him just to be told the dealership is short handed and they are paying the mechanics extra to stay on Tuesday and Thursday to work on diagnosing the backlog of engine problems they have on their lot. Was then told that the dealership is losing money on doing this work. When I asked if the GM can do anything to help, I was told that he was worse to speak with and that he wont do anything. This is the customer service you can expect to get when you buy a Kia from Werner Kia. I will NEVER shop with them and will do everything I can to drive business away from them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO WERNER KIA!!!!!! More
Didn't have an appointment but with engine light on I arrived 0800 and was politely put on the service for today. I thought it would be several hours but to my surprise and appreciation I was notified o arrived 0800 and was politely put on the service for today. I thought it would be several hours but to my surprise and appreciation I was notified of the completed service and the engine light check (basically the reason I came in but while there went ahead and had routine service. Ver please with the waiting room with coffee/tea/water, snacks and relaxing area. I utilized one the vacant tables in a quiet side room area to complete some computer work. A loyal KIA Werner customer. More
