I always have a fantastic experience here. Very kind and knowledgeable customer service employees. The only negative was that it took 4 hours to get my car inspected and oil changed. An air conditioned waiting area, with refreshments and good movie selection was great. My favorite thing is the transparency of service. They addressed all issues and prolonged my cars health. More

I was disappointed with my experience with the dealershilp this time. When I arrived there was a man sitting outside on his phone. He came up to me and said we are short handed so you might want t dealershilp this time. When I arrived there was a man sitting outside on his phone. He came up to me and said we are short handed so you might want to just go into the waiting area. I just waited to get checked in. The waiting area usually is a pleasant place to wait for your vehicle. Not so much this time. After I received my video, I expected a service rep to come and talk to me about my vehicle. I had to go and find someone to talk to. I was told I had recalls and expected to schedule when I checked out. That didn't happen. I have always paid $47.00 and change for my oil changes. This time I was charged $69.00 and change with no explanation . This experience last over 2 hours. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership, and not so sure I will for my next vehicle. Service has always been good here and I am not sure what's going on. Seriously considering finding another place for my oil changes. More
