I have dealt with Kia since I purchased my 2016 truck and is paid off...I chose to continue to come to Kia because Kia is the only service that worked on my truck...the main reason is because the employee Mi is paid off...I chose to continue to come to Kia because Kia is the only service that worked on my truck...the main reason is because the employee Michael Wyre listens when I tell him about the problem I have with the truck and gives me a good understanding of the matter....his advice has given me great comfort when I come for service. I came in for a recall on my 2017 Sportage engine and was helped by Michael Wyre. The repair took some time, but Michael kept me updated and made sure I had a loaner vehicle for the duration. Jeremy Patterson was great, personable, friendly and courteous. He fit me into the schedule when I showed up for what I thought was my pre-scheduled oil change visit that the dealership supposedly sche courteous.
