Destinee Washington was my contact when I brought my Telluride in for a scheduled appointment. Very positive and smiling, made sure I was taken care of during the service of my SUV. Only concern was there was moisture noted on the oil pan , when I asked about it I did not get a clear explaination. SUV has not been off road and has 24000 miles so this makes me concerned. I expected a better,clearer explanation. More

Her customer service is exceptional and frankly, what keeps me coming back. Kia has found a real diamond in Destinee and prayerfully, she is treated as such. Her smiling face and “can do” attitude is very rare, but she is consistently a pleasure. She makes sure my car is washed and in excellent condition whenever it is picked up. After a long day at work, this service makes a tremendous difference, which is why my daughter purchased a Kia Soul…keeping my business in the Kia family. Keep up the good work Destinee! More
