Service waiting room was clean, Service Tech kept me informed even though the Work load was backed up. He checked my car over during check in and informed me that I should get a front end alignment bec informed even though the Work load was backed up. The service is always excellent and they are great on answering any questions you have. Their estimated wait time is also usually spot on too which I appreciate.
