Unfortunately, I've done that. I called and left messages with managers. I returned emails sent asking for my input. I gave several weeks before posting this review. Nothing was done until this review went live.

It is easy to respond to dealer rating services when everything is handled like Tin Fessler responded to my concerns and needs/wants. Actually I have been pretty much satisfied with visits to Werner KIA ever since we moved to Tallahassee. Tim is the person I will ask for next time I contact Werner KIA.
