I purchased a used vehicle and within 10 days there were transmission problems. After wrestling with them to either fix the issue or refund my money, they supposedly fixed it. They “fixed” it again and even gave me a warranty for a year. Then, two weeks later, the car wouldn’t start and the starter and battery needed to be replaced so, I attempted to use the warranty that I was given for the starter. The warranty company refused to pay for the starter which was about $400. Finally, I had enough and traded the car in for a more reliable one. I choose to never do business again with Werner Kia. More

They had my car for over a week and assured me it was fixed. A month later, transmission issues again. I brought it in for the third time in two months. They had the car for over two weeks and I had to pay for a rental while they were repairing my car. They supposedly gave me a warranty for a year to cover major repairs. Within three days of getting my car back, it wouldn’t start. I had to have the car towed and it needed a new starter and battery. So, I filed a claim with my new warranty for the starter (which cost about $400) and the warranty company refused to pay, stating that the premium hadn’t been paid. By then, I was done and I traded the car for a more reliable vehicle. I hope to NEVER deal with Werner Kia again! More

I was a walk in but no excuse! When I got my car back there wet dirt all over the mat thank god its a throw away but didn't even try to clean it up they had dirt on the bottom of the door I had to take handi wipes to clean it all up then I look on the other side they must have did something on that floor mat because they torn half if it up ! So if you don't have a appointment this is how they treat you or your belongings and there really wasn't a lot of people waiting so no reason for this!I will take my car somewhere eles!! More
