They have served me for almost four years and have kept my car serviced as needed and informed me of what needed to be done. I scheduled an appointment because the check engine light come on. At that ins my car serviced as needed and informed me of what needed to be done. I scheduled an appointment because the check engine light come on. At that inspection they informed that the catalytic converter was malfunctioning and the engine was damaged and needed repairing. The advisor started efforts to get assistance from management and KIA to determine if KIA could help me with the cost. The advisor has diligently followed up to determine what can be done. I ws informed today that KIA can cover the engine but owed to be responsible for labor, etc. I am scheduled to take the car in this Friday for such repairs as needed. I was pleased with the information I received. More
