Werner Kia has excellent service. They are always professional and friendly. I wish they would update the dealership though. It’s outdated and not inviting at all. I wanted to take my daughter there to get a Telluride for her 16th birthday and she didn’t want it because of the facilities. I wonder how many others have turned away from it for that reason. I am in absolute love with my car though and I definitely see myself getting another Kia when I decide to purchase another car. Customer service goes a long way for me and Kia’s is awesome! More

Took vehicle in for a software update that was scheduled a couple months ago. They said it'd be about 45 minutes but it took 2 hours.
