Only if I knew the person who needed a service person who is absolutely honest and true to all customers, would I recommend. I've been coming there for 2 and a half years complaining about the same problem o is absolutely honest and true to all customers, would I recommend. I've been coming there for 2 and a half years complaining about the same problem over and over. It has taken a three thousand mile run on my 2018 KIA Optima with a CDI or GDI Engine, that checked in Saturday July 22, 2023 and after a Werner KIA Mechanic checked and determined that the engine was 5 quarts low in synthetic oil. How is that for HONESTY AND SERVICE. Further more, the driver side headlight on this same KIA fills up with water bubbles even if there is no rain or the temperature is 120 degrees outside. KIA stated to me, it has tried to contact Werner Kia to advise a check of that same lens. The car has never been in an accident nor has anyone ever worked on any part the grill in this car, THE LENS IS ANOTHER FACRORY DEFECT make no mistake about it. More
My scheduled oil change and inspection was done in a timely manner. Everyone was very courteous. My only complaint was the $4 up charge for using my debit card.
